Transactional & Regulatory
Our transactional services involve review and drafting of contracts, memoranda of understanding (MoUs), letters of intent (LoIs) and any other business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C) agreements. Under this heading, in addition to reviewing and drafting general commercial terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), we also deal with a range of specialist agreement types ranging from commercial leasing through to employment agreements.
Our regulatory services cover review and representation in relation to the introduction and development of regulations, Codes or similar governing instruments covering particular industry sectors; within this framework, we have significant experience in relation to advertising and telecommunications.
To the extent that they span both transactional and regulatory, we also advise on the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and relevant State/Territory Fair Trading legislation.
