How does it work?
Brand Builder™ is a straightforward and no-nonsense approach to professional trade mark services. As a Brand Builder subscriber you will have easy access to our trade mark searching and reporting service. The methodology is simple and is designed to reduce legal risks associated with brand creation.
Each time you devise a new brand you simply send us details of the proposed brand and the goods / services to which the proposed brand will be used.
We will then undertake quick preliminary trade mark searches and provide you with a short straight forward report outlining the search results and any relevant recommendations.
These recommendations may include:
- abandoning the proposed brand and returning to the drawing board;
- conducting more comprehensive searches; or
- applying for registration of the brand as a trade mark.
What does it cost?
Brand Builder™ is a fixed fee retainer service which means that you can send through unlimited search requests during the retainer period. The fee is calculated based on the number of branding professionals within your organisation.
